Du vin à l'effigie de La Grue Jaune, et oui ça existe :)
Gru'scadet, The Nutmeg of The Yellow Crane
After its arranged rum made by Les Rhums de Ced', La Grue Jaune now also has its muscadet. This is the le Pont James cuvée by Eric Chevalier, a winemaker in Saint-Philbert-de-Grand-Lieu.
"The 28-hectare family property is located west of the Loire Valley, AOP Muscadet Côtes de Grandlieu, at the place called the Aujardière."
It was in 2006, after ten years of experience in wine trading, that Eric Chevalier moved to the Domaine. As for Gaelle, her sister, she joined the adventure in 2008, leaving the world of computer science for the world of plants.
"Thanks to the diversity of our white grape varieties, including the inevitable Melon and the original Grey Trust, we are recognized as being specialists in dry white wines.
Respect for the originality of our terroirs has led us to embark on a process of conversion to organic farming over the entire Domain."
75cl. 12.5% vol. Contains sulphites.
